New Models, Live Remote Celebrate the Grand Opening at Wild Pointe Ranch
February 7, 2006: Elizabeth, Colorado — Wild Pointe Ranch, the unique new 1,100 acre community in Elizabeth, officially opens this weekend with a fanfare of activity and fun celebrating the Colorado lifestyle.
Festivities will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23 and Sunday, Oct. 24th at the Ranch where two of Denver’s most popular radio stations, KYGO and KOSI, will be broadcasting live. Visitors can enter to win a drawing for a $2,000 vacation getaway and 20 $50 gift certificates to Home Depot. Children are invited to take home a pumpkin from Wild Pointe’s own pumpkin patch.
Open will be five beautifully decorated models of homes designed by MAME award-winning architect Karen Keating with The Keating Partnership and CMCT Design Inc. The homes, built by Sterling Homebuilders and Meridian Homes, vary in style from country ranch to traditional farmhouse to Colorado craftsman. Prices start in the $400’s.
Each home sits on a 5 acre site with room enough to build a barn for the family horse, which is permitted, or a workshop for a favorite hobby. Water features, fire pits and cooking islands are also included with several of the plans.
Interiors, ranging from 1,700 to over 6,000 square feet, embrace Wild Pointe’s rolling terrain with daylights and walkouts on the lower level of every home. Mud rooms, convenient laundries, three car garages and bonus rooms all contribute to the lifestyle. “Building Green” assures homes that are also energy saving and efficient.
